I photographed Mariam Seddiq’s Echoes runway at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney for Australian Fashion Week 2026. The collection brings the designer’s architectural approach into softer, fluid forms, balancing strong tailoring with movement and texture.
This gallery follows the collection as it moved through the show, from complete silhouettes to closer views of garment construction and finishing. My approach to runway photography is to make the clothes clear while keeping a sense of the presentation. Through EDG Studios, I photograph fashion shows, designer collections and editorial projects in Sydney, with each brief shaping the coverage and final image selection.

EDG Studios photographed Mariam Seddiq’s ‘Echoes’ runway presentation at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney during Australian Fashion Week 2026. The series follows the collection through the show, with attention to sculptural silhouettes, tailoring and garment construction.
