What are your rates?

Fees reflect the production scope, deliverables and intended use.
Photography is scoped by production time, image requirements and licensing. Website and eCommerce work is scoped by the agreed review, sprint, build or support requirements.

What's included in your fee?

Your proposal sets out the deliverables, production time, review rounds and usage rights. Photography delivery includes the agreed selection of prepared, high-resolution files.

Additional retouching, extended licensing, priority delivery and specialist services are scoped separately where required.

How many images will I receive?

We agree the final image selection and quantity around your brief, production time and intended use.

The published interiors package guides are:

Interiors Edit: 25+ images.
Design Event Edit: 50+ images.
Commercial Edit: 100+ images.

For fashion, runway and product projects, the image count is confirmed in your proposal. These guides do not replace the agreed scope.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Delivery dates are confirmed in your proposal, taking account of the production schedule, image volume, retouching and review requirements.

Tell us about any publication or launch deadline in your brief. Priority delivery depends on availability and may carry an additional fee, confirmed before work begins.

Do you provide RAW files?

RAW files are not included in standard photography delivery.

The final imagery is selected, retouched and prepared for the agreed use.
Colour treatment and file preparation form part of that process.

If your in-house team requires RAW files, include that requirement in the brief so we can discuss scope and licensing before production.

Can I request specific edits or retouching?

Yes.

Share visual references, colour treatments and required crops before production. The included review rounds and retouching scope are confirmed in your proposal. Additional requests are assessed and quoted before work proceeds.

How does the production process work?

We plan the project in four stages:

1. Brief: Confirm the audience, purpose, visual direction and intended use.

2. Plan: Agree the scope, shot list, locations, responsibilities and approvals.

3. Produce: Capture the agreed imagery, with lighting and direction suited to the brief.

4. Review and deliver: Select and prepare the imagery, complete the agreed review rounds and supply the final files. Website projects follow agreed milestones for design, build, testing and launch.

Do you travel for photography projects?

Yes.

EDG Studios is based in Sydney and works across Australia and on international projects. Flights, accommodation and transfers are scoped and quoted in advance. Include the location in your brief so we can confirm availability and costs.

Can you include video in a photography project?

Yes.

Short-form video, including behind-the-scenes footage and lookbook motion, can be scoped alongside photography for selected projects.

Production crews and specialist editing are assessed against the brief, with responsibilities and fees confirmed before work begins.

How far in advance should I book?

Contact us as early as possible, particularly for Fashion Week, campaign launches and seasonal projects.

Include your preferred date and any fixed deadline. We confirm availability and a realistic schedule once the scope and requirements are clear.

Can you help with creative direction?

Yes.

We can help develop moodboards, styling references and visual direction around your brand and the intended use of the imagery.

The extent of creative direction, styling and any specialist support is agreed in the proposal.

What equipment do you use?

EDG Studios uses Canon, Profoto and DJI equipment, selected around the production requirements. View the equipment details here.

What are your licensing terms?

Photography usage is agreed by channel, duration and territory, covering the uses specified in your proposal. Paid advertising, print, third-party use and licence extensions are assessed where required. The written quote and licence confirm the rights supplied for your project.
