Pre-booking Information

What do you need to quote a commercial shoot?

Send the subjects or products, location, timing, reference images and where the photographs will appear. Let us know whether you need styling, models, a studio or other production support. We can then scope the shoot and quote the work involved.

Can one shoot cover both product details and lifestyle images?

Yes. We can plan clear product views alongside styled photographs or images of the product in use. The shot list and available time determine how much we can cover, with coverage and image quantities agreed in your quote.

What files will we receive?

The agreed selection is edited and prepared for its intended use. Tell us about website, print, menu, presentation and social requirements before the shoot so file sizes, crops and delivery can be planned. Image quantities and retouching are confirmed in your quote.

Can our agency, retailer or media partner use the images?

Tell us who needs the photographs and how they plan to use them. Usage is agreed for the relevant channels, licence period and territory. Paid advertising, retailer sharing and other third-party use may need a separate licence.
