Le Foote Restaurant, photographed by EDG Studios in Sydney, with the project focusing on capturing and showcasing the Swillhouse Group venue's layered character, prix fixe menu, and authentic dining experience for use in marketing and publications.

Part of the Swillhouse Group portfolio alongside Hubert, Le Foote transitions from sunlit bistro to moody wine bar. Located at 101 George Street, The Rocks, it shifts from alfresco dining during the day to evening service, with photography capturing this dual character.

EDG Studios delivered visual storytelling that went beyond traditional venue documentation, capturing Le Foote's heart and soul through authentic imagery of two- and three-course prix fixe menus (Monday–Friday, 12–3 pm; 5–6 pm), seasonal dishes including Niçoise salad and steak frites, Stockyard steak specials, and Happy Hour offerings like burgers, fish sandwiches, and Sbagliato cocktails.

The photography documented Le Foote's Franco-Australian wine program. Images showcased rare allocations from France, Australia, Rioja, and Barolo. Team moments captured General Manager Josh McIntyre and front-of-house staff in candid service. Interior documentation highlighted new front-bar artwork, low tables, and the courtyard atmosphere.

This hospitality project aims to create textured, detail-oriented imagery that conveys the sensory and emotional experience guests have upon entering Le Foote. The photography is designed to document interiors, style food, share team narratives, and capture atmospheric moments for use on digital and social platforms.
