Werner Bronkhorst art collections featuring miniature figures in immersive worlds exploring human vice through contemporary art, photographed by EDG Studios Sydney

Werner Bronkhorst Collections

Comprehensive photographic documentation of Werner Bronkhorst's art collections exploring themes of sex, drugs, and rock and roll through contemporary visual language. EDG Studios has maintained an ongoing collaboration with the Sydney-based artist since 2023, capturing the creative process across multiple thematic bodies of work.

This long-term documentation project chronicles Bronkhorst's artistic exploration through behind-the-scenes process photography, finished artwork documentation, and exhibition installation coverage. Each collection interprets the sex, drugs, rock and roll motif through distinct visual approaches: fast cars, water, and desert landscapes.

Working across Sydney studios and gallery spaces, we've created a visual archive that captures both the intimate creative process and the public presentation of the work. The collaboration exemplifies EDG Studios' approach to contemporary artist documentation, balancing respect for creative process with editorial precision in capturing finished works.

Our imagery has supported Bronkhorst's exhibitions, publications, and commercial partnerships including the Tag Heuer collaboration event.
